Chef de Partie — Tandoor & Grill
Gulshan, Dhaka
Run our tandoor and charcoal grill section, sending out kebabs, breads and seekh with the consistency our guests come back for.
About the role
You own the section: mise en place, marinades, fire management and service. You brief a commis, keep waste low, and hold the standard on every ticket from the first order to the last.
What we are looking for
Three years on a hot section, at least one on tandoor or charcoal. Food safety certified.
